The Outside Crescent Kick is the opposite of the Inside Crescent Kick. The back must still remain straight as with all stretch kicks. The kicking leg must swing from the front of your face all the way to the far back without bending at all. The legs must be relaxed and very loose and keep the foot pointed and not flexed or turned sideways!
* Tip - Use your lower abs to jerk the legs up nice and loosely.
