The Front Slap Kick is a front kick that is performed here in the simplest way. Back straight posture once again and kicking is only done with the right leg. Kick the right leg straight up and keep the kicking leg straight. You can either slap just the foot once your foot reaches face level, or slap both hands first and then the foot. Once again, use your lower ab muscles to jerk the leg up nice and relaxed.
* Tip - Your foot must come down 2x faster than it goes up.
